Stargazing Dinner Under the Tucson Sky!

Join us for stargazing dinner under the Tucson sky at Oasis Wild Horse Ranch. The Ranch is a twenty-acre ranch that sits high above the city and is surrounded by lush desert. Built in the 1890&rsquot;s, the Wild Horse Ranch is the oldest guest ranch in the state. Motorcoaches will depart from Omni Tucson at 5pm. Dinner will be served under the night sky. Once the sun sets you can head up to the roof top to enjoy dessert and look through a high powered telescope of the night sky.

Golf Scramble on the Omni Tucson National’s Golf Course

Join us for a 9-hole golf scramble on the Sonoran golf course. Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, the Omni Tucson National Resort has been the home to countless PGA Tour and NCAA events including the prestigious Chrysler Classic of Tucson.

Selected as one of Golf Digest's "75 Best Golf Resorts in North America" and a Conde’ Nast Silver award winner, this magnificent destination retreat boasts two distinctly different 18 hole courses. This desert style course has two lakes and 69 strategically placed bunkers.

Dress: Collared shirts, golf slacks or shorts and soft spikes or tennis shoes. Denim and blue jeans are not acceptable attire.

Nodal enhancements

This session will include a discussion on benchmarking model results to market results, recent improvements to modeling marginal losses, and new options for reducing infeasibilities.

Recent model and database enhancements

This session will discuss major updates to the AURORAxmp model and database including: new web-scraping capability, other user-requested enhancements, more granular, generating-unit-level split of cycling resources, updated emissions data, updated new generation technologies and cost of capital assumptions, and so forth.

Maximizing performance in AURORAxmp

This session will provide recommendations and best practices for maximizing speed and productivity in AURORAxmp. It will include considerations in hardware, software, parallel processing, and intelligent AURORAxmp project setup.
